A yummy savory waffle for dinner....delicious with grilled chicken and a side salad.

Chop, put on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and salt and paper and roast in hot oven for 30-40 minutes.

Roasted Spaghetti Squash with fresh tomatoes, basil, olive oil and parmesan.
